On Friday 19th April a group of children from Christ the King attended the cross country . It was a long race , students under 10 years old ran 2000 metres and students over 10 years old ran the 3000 metres. All of us did a great job and we all cheered each other on. We were very tired but we all had lunch and water. It was great to see other schools because the people that went to the cross country had some friends there . There were people around you to help you if you got sick when you're racing, they were in yellow bibs. If you made it to the next level you got a ribbon. The colours for the ribbons were blue, green and red. The first 8 people to finish made it to the next level. Congratulations on a wonderful effort to all the participants.
